Kitchen Nightmares: Oceana

Wow...just wow. After watching that episode, I was shocked how disgusting a restaurant can be! Dead mice, check. Cockroaches, check. Spoiled seafood/meat, check and check. Grime and dirt everywhere, check. Yuck, yuck and YUCK!! I mean I shouldn't be surprised. I worked at a fast-food restaurant for a few years, so I know what can go on, but this takes the cake. The owners, specially Moe was a complete hot head. I know the head chef really had no excuse for running the kitchen into the ground, but Moe creates a hostile and testosterone driven work atmosphere that it's easy to get off track.

Lost my appetite. Not sure if i want to visit a restaurant anytime soon. A lot of that stuff on the show made me nauseous.
