Weeks 16, 17 & 18

I've struggled to get out of the 180s despite calorie counting and exercise. I'm guessing because I've increased my sugar and carb intake. It's just so hard to completely avoid those deviously delicious goodies. Anyways, I'm celebrating that I'm no longer obese! I'm glad to see all my hard work is paying off!
