What a difference taking ONE multivitamin makes!
For weeks I've been struggling with crippling fatigue. At first I thought I might have some low grade depression, but I noticed it got worse after my period came/went.
I couldn't schedule an appointment with a doctor since IEHP dropped me and my new medical insurance Kaiser Permanente didn't take effect until today (2-1-23). Honestly, I thought it would get better, it didn't. Yesterday out of desperation I bought some prenatal (lol) multivitamins since it had a few things your normal multi doesn't.
After taking one last night before bed, this morning I felt like a new person.
I'll make sure to bring this up when meeting my new doctor.
