Final Results

The vet finally called with Cheesecake's final blood test results. The tests confirm he was in end stage renal failure. We talked for a bit before ending the call. 

At least I have a definitive answer to what caused his death. It did bring me some closure.

I still feel pretty crummy, but that is to be expected.

What a lousy way to end this month.
