She wants to quit and it's only her third day.

Crap.

I'm not rooting for her to fail. I actually like her, but I don't think she'll last long, especially with this group of vipers.

The problem lies with her grasp of Adobe CC and her lack of design experience. She has great potential, but she needed to have a firm grasp on CC and heavy experience dealing with digital and print out the gate.

I will create tutorials for her and guide her on the most important files. HOPEFULLY that'll be enough to get her going.

That's so lovely of you to try and set her up for success <3 It's hard to find a mentor at the best of times and so much in the design world can't be learned from YouTube.

Thank you for saying so. I will try my best, but interactions with her I don't know if it will be enough.

You so right about YouTube. Somethings can only be learned from experience.

It's funny, the things experience has taught me are those unteachable things...like that gut feeling a client or co-worker is going to throw you under the bus or it's not worth rushing or staying up late over because they're flake about it the next or something.
