OH, and since I'm in rant mode, what's up with L*** being a manager?! I like her as a person, but she is NO manager. My conversations with her, almost always ends with me wanting to stab my brain.

I hate it when you lay things out as simply as possible for people with really simple one sentence instructions and they still don't get it.
