Had a doctor's appointment today. One look at my legs instant referral to the dermatologist. Lost weight, probably due to muscle lost. I wonder what is my non PMS weight. Right now I feel like a giant water balloon.

I'm trying to find a sparkling water that actually tastes good. Ozarka seems to be ok, Buble is meh, and AHA is also meh. I guess I want more flavor that what they are putting in them, but I don't want soda because of all the sugar.
