Second Week

Nearing the end of my second week contracting for my former/current (?) employer/client. It's been an adjustment due to weather and shitty home conditions (family). I've applied for a second job. I hope I get it, because I really, REALLY need to move.

Politics is still a shit show. Truths reveal themselves daily, and as expected the Republicans do nothing.

But I'm afraid I probably didn't get it. I applied for a part-time job at UPS. Basically it's a warehouse job. One look at fat me, and they were probably like "NOPE."

It probably doesn't help that you have a BFA :\ People look at you when you have too much education the same way :\

Too bad. Working at UPS was my harebrained scheme to lose weight and earn extra money.

Back to the drawing board :(
