Week 5

These are fabulous! I can now poop everyday! Since I'm on Ozempic and oxcarbazepine I developed a terrible case of constipation. No matter how much (or little) fiber I consume it just isn't enough. I take these and within hours I have to poop. 10/10.

Speaking of poop issues, I had the most disgusting thing happen to me while adjusting to the 0.50 mg dose. ( Gross TMI )
