Was a solid episode, but I was left disappointed with the pacing and the ending to an otherwise epic storyline. I'm glad Lewis is dead, but I just wished it was by Benson's or Amaro's hand. In light of the show's uncertain future (show hasn't been renewed yet), the rest of season 15 should be interesting.
I started to tune out around the 4th or 5th season and completely stopped watching around season 9. When I heard Chris Meloni was not returning as Detective Stabler I thought 'well that's a wrap.' Amazing how wrong I was. The additions of Danny Pino, Kelli Giddish and Raul Esparza have brought new life to this show. Sure, you have some who will never embrace or accept anyone but the old cast, but there are those of us who have looked beyond the "good ole days" of SVU to admit change was sorely needed. Not many shows can survive a leading star's exit, let alone a cast revamp. With the late season addition of Donal Logue as Lt. Declan Murphy it looks like all the pieces are in place for a second run. I just hope it's not too late :(
