Semester is Officially Over!!!
Jun. 8th, 2012 01:59 pmSpring 2012 semester is OVER!!!! I made it!!! I MADE IT!!!
*whew*
This was one of the most demanding and challenging semesters to date. There were many times where I wanted to give-up, but God gave me the strength and grace to tough it out. He also orchestrated some much needed breaks along the way. For instance I was very relieved my ART-2 teacher allowed us to write notes on an index card, without that I don't know if I had it in me to get a decent grade on the final. Another example would be receiving participation credit in light of me forgetting to turn-in the participation paper for COM-9, and I could go on and on. The bottom line: I couldn't have pulled this semester off without God's helping hand. This is just confirmation to me I'm heading in the right path.
Final Grades:
ART-24: A
ART-26: A/B
ART-2: A/B
COM-9: B
Not bad considering the challenges I faced this semester :)
...
Now that this semester is over, I have new challenges and situations that I must address. Such as:
1) Job/Money situation. While I do freelance art, I need more steady income. I'm currently in the market for a job.
2) Figure out my housing situation--fast. I'll be attending CSULB in the fall and I really REALLY don't want to drive out there. So cal freeways are almost always a mess.
3) I'm sure there are more, I just can't think of any right now...hehehe...this semester has fried my brain.
