Ruptured?

I think one and/or both ovarian cysts ruptured. Two days ago I started spotting with excessive bloating, increased urinary problems, and of course with increased pain. Yesterday during my shift I started bleeding, a lot. At first I thought my period came six days early, which lately seems to be the norm, but the flow is just...different.

During my periods, especially the first two days, the bleeding is constant. Right now, even though my pad is soaked with blood, when I wipe it's mostly dry with very little blood. Same with the toilet bowl, almost no blood. It almost seems the flow is affected by physical activity? When I'm sitting and not pressing against the lower left side of my pelvic area nothing comes out, but when I'm engaging in physical activity (like at work) a lot comes out.

I'll keep monitoring the situation. This coming Tuesday, I have an appointment with my new OB-GYN who also happens to be a surgeon. If I'm being honest, I think I may need her surgical services if this situation doesn't resolve itself soon.

And why in the hell does the right side/lower back hurt so much?!?!?! I don't have an ovary or fallopian tube on that side anymore.

Gosh, I'm sorry! That sounds awful and terribly painful :(
I'll be thinking of you during all of this. *hugs*
