Long Week

• Got a speeding ticket
• Mom got some concerning health news
• Diet went off the rails
• Favorite plant finally died
• Didn't get the job

I can't be mad at anyone but myself for the speeding ticket, but the rest of the stuff, UGH. The high humidity killed my plant. Gotta get a better dehumidifier.

Next week we should get some clarification what the CT scans reveal. Probably just kidney stones, but the inflammation in her kidneys has me really concerned. I was really impressed with the speed they contacted my mom. She has very good healthcare. If it were my doctors I would be dead before they contacted me.

July has barely begun and it’s throwing curveballs! I hope your mom gets some clarity from the CT scans. Dad just found out that his hernia has gotten larger and we’re waiting to see if he needs surgery for it or not.

Thanks! We got some clarity, but more questions from her lab work. I'm just glad we'll be seeing a Urologist to discuss her test results.

Yikes! I'm sorry to read that. Hernias and surgery are no jokes. Hopefully for your dad's sake he won't need surgery.
