nibblezz | Shocked!

So I wrote Steve Ballmer an email regarding my disappointment with the pricing of Surface. I wasn't rude, but I was pretty stern with my words. To his credit, he (or his assistant) actually responded. Sure it was only three words "Appreciate the input," but it shows that he cares enough to either:

A) Respond himself or
B) To make sure his assistant responses

I hope he truly reconsiders lowering the price of the Surface RT.
